Jo Langøygard is Asset Manager at NTE Energi AS. He has worked in various management positions at NTE, and has broad experience from the physical and financial power markets as well as hydro power plant operations.

He holds a Master’s Degree from NTNU in Industrial Economics.

Frode Kirkedam serves as CEO in Hydrogen Solutions AS.

Bjarte Salomonsen serves as CEO in Alltec AS.

Stefan Sagen has broad experience and knowledge from Security, Defense and Aerospace industry, specifically within complex subsea defense and surveillance systems. He has lately held positions as Project Manager and R&D Director in Norwegian companies like Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace and Norbit Oceans, applying his leadership and driving force behind the development and delivery of several important projects in close collaboration with major national and international clients. He is experienced within the construction and real estate industry, currently developing real estate projects in the framework of his own companies. Stefan has his engineering education from The Norwegian Armed Forces and The Norwegian Military Academy.
