Roald Boge has extensive experience from marketing work aimed at selling new technology, products and solutions. Boge comes from the position as project manager at Innveno, and has experience and background from defence, industry and technology in both regional and national companies as well as international companies.

Stefan Sagen has broad experience and knowledge from Security, Defense and Aerospace industry, specifically within complex subsea defense and surveillance systems. He has lately held positions as Project Manager and R&D Director in Norwegian companies like Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace and Norbit Oceans, applying his leadership and driving force behind the development and delivery of several important projects in close collaboration with major national and international clients. He is experienced within the construction and real estate industry, currently developing real estate projects in the framework of his own companies. Stefan has his engineering education from The Norwegian Armed Forces and The Norwegian Military Academy.

Are is employed in Greenstat, one of the majority owners in Meraker hydrogen. He has a broad understanding of the hydrogen value chain – both technical and financial. His field of specialty is within hydrogen risk modeling and associated rules and regulations.

Jo Langøygard is Asset Manager at NTE Energi AS. He has worked in various management positions at NTE, and has broad experience from the physical and financial power markets as well as hydro power plant operations.

He holds a Master’s Degree from NTNU in Industrial Economics.

Mr. Råknes has experience as a founder of several IT companies, and he is one of the founders of Gen2 Energy. Mr. Råknes holds a Bachelor’s in Finance and Marketing from the Norwegian Business School BI.

Henrik Meland Madsen is Vice President Hydrogen at Greenstat ASA. Meland Madsen has until now about 20 years of experience from oil and gas within subsea processing, power and automation. He has previously worked for companies such as Framo Engineering, Siemens Oil & Gas, WellConnection and Pipeliner, with roles in the entire value chain from strategy, R&D, product development, projects and operations.

He holds a Master’s Degree from NTNU in marine engineering.

Jonas Gamre is Head of Portfolio and M&A hos Aker Horizons Asset Development. He has broad experience from the oil and gas industry as well as capital markets. He joined Aker BP in 2014 as Vice President Investor Relations. Prior to joining Aker BP, Gamre worked as an equity research analyst for Fearnley Securities, covering the E&P industry.

Gamre holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Economics (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Management (BI)
